Paranoia

If you don't keep up with Leaving Records, well thats okay. Cause you're missing out on a bunch of great abstract/collage music of beats and what not. Such as this jam for free download from JonWayne. And yes, I know it's old but I have been listening to it a lot lately.
Can't find a whole lot of info. But, As they put it, he is "The friendliest 19 year-old L.A. producer and emcee". And "with a tumbling collage of beats, melody, and space."
All I know is this is 20 minutes of pure rad. It's pretty eccentric so people might shy away from it, but I like it too much to not post it. Keep a look out for everything Leaving Records. And JonWayne, also.
Enjoy!

FTRSND

"Future Sound" is the project of 19 year old Bradley Petit-Frere out of Florida. This is probably one of the best finds of the year for me. And, not to spoil it for you, I am not going to say shit about what his music sounds like. Just take a listen. And you can download the rest of his ep "The Thrills" on bandcamp.

Dawn Golden & Rosy Cross

So this past week "Dawn Golden and Rosy Cross" was revealed to be half of the duo "Houses", Dexter Tortoriello. And yes, I know I am posting this late, also. Just been too busy. So I will keep it short. But anyways, Diplo's label "Mad Decent" is going to make a physical release of the ep "Blow". But anyway's, enough rambling and more music. Here is the song that's been on repeat for me as of lately. Probably one of the best songs I've heard in awhile.
Enjoy!

Quantums Leap

John Maus just released a new single off his upcoming album, "We Must Become The Pitiless Censors Of Ourselves", which is suppose to drop June 27th in Europe, and June 28th in North America. So far this song is amazing. Everything about it actually. It is nice to hear a song this upbeat from Maus. Especially with the deep vocals. It sounds like I am about to take an 80's based trip thru space. It is just so rad sounding. Didn't think I would wake up to find something so great. Anyways, check the album artwork up above and prepare yourself for the album.

Mosaik

The new Siriusmo album "Mosaik" just dropped. Longly anticipated, for awhile you could hear snippets on blogs and his soundcloud. But I just listened to it and it is so good. I hate actually dancing but this album is giving me the urge too. Here just listen and then go buy.

WAKA THROUGH DA CLUB

This is the sickest thing I've heard in awhile. WAKA+Elite Gymnastics is way too legit. If you haven't heard about Elite Gymnastics, go check them out and download all their releases for FREE. It is a blend of "Chillwave" and early 90's House and Dance music. So Prime. And go get their other stuff. It's essential.

Let Me Love You

Been listening to this new song from When Saints Go Machine, a cover of the 1988 Kariya song "Let Me Love You For Tonight". Very nice and refreshing. I think it is the softness of his voice, which to me is very reminiscent to Arthur Russell. But anyways go pick their new ep up, "Fail Forever" and expect their lp to drop soon. (via Forkast)

Star Slinger/Hard Mix 7"

Going through my head.

Nite Jewel is soooo sick. The new ep she released is really sick. "Natural Causes" is my favorite on it. But, I am pretty sure everyone knows of Nite Jewel so I can quit talking about her. Go order a copy of "It Goes Through Your Head" from Mexican Summer now.

Your Temple

Lord Boyd is coming out of Paris. His music is upbeat with a fast pace. Incorporating a lot of eastern sounds into his work. Making his music very eclectic and eccentric compared to many electronic artist around right now. Go download his "Icarus ep" for free from AMDISCS. And go lurk on his soundcloud for some other great free downloads.

Rad Racing

"Work Drugs is a sedative-wave / smooth-fi band from Philadelphia, PA. Work Drugs hopes you dance to this song/ take drugs to this song / have sex to this song / sail to this song / freak out to this song."
Just download and show some love. They are really great.

Fallon "Sw4G"

legit...

Re-Synthesist

"Synthesist" by Harald Grosskopf from 1980 was recently re-issued by RVNG Intl. This album was considered a classic by many. But what I want to talk about is the remix Blondes did for him. Very subtle with a slow but bountiful pace. Giving you an overwhelming feeling of dance that is hard to shake off. Go pick up the re-issue cause it is great. And show Blondes some love and pick up their Touche ep also. Well worth it.

A Certain Someone

Light Asylum is an amazing synth pop band. I first heard of them cause the lead singer contributed vocals on the amazing Teengirl Fantasy song "Dancing in Slow Motion". The vocals in Light Asylum are deep and strong along with heavy synths and new wayvey beats. Their ep "In Tension" is great and you should preview it. The song "A Certain Someone" is my favorite off of it. Buy In Tension and other merch here.

Slow/Down

Moths. They suck. That is when in the context of bugs. But in the context of glitchy elctronic music coming out of Newbridge Ireland. Than it is amazingly great. Slow/down is probably my favorite. The pace of it just hypes me up.

slow/down by MOTHS

Check out Moths on Bandcamp also. He is giving you the privilege to have his music for free. It is legit enough for a price. Enjoy!

A Nice Place To Crash My Plane.

Touchy Mob is Ludwig Plath. He is releasing everything for free as of right now on Touchy Mob's Bandcamp. Go there and get it, cause he makes some pretty good music. Such as this little gem. I will stop the writing now so you can get to the music.

Konnichiwa

So since this is my first post on here I thought this would be great for it. This band is out of New York and they make great new wavey synth pop. Their debut is about to drop in March on Rainbow Body Records. Definitely go get this. It will be legit. And here is a few songs from the album. Both on heavy repeat for myself. Hope you enjoy.
